If you would like to join the Hamilton Real Estate Board - you must first join the Oakville and Milton Real Estate Board.
Oakville Board membership is approximately the same annual fee as TREB - $1,100.00
Hamilton Fee's: (subject to change)
Currently the fee's are $238.50 + $25.00 = $263.50 - SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Plus $30.00 per month approx.

Hamilton and Burlington Real Estate Board Application. Remember, you must already be an Oakville Board Member to join. You must also be registered out of our Oakville/Milton satelite office through RECO. Your Business cards in turn must reflect 905-827-6999 as your main office telephone number.
All applications must be submitted to the Office for Brokers signature.
