formatted into a .pdf format and sent to our "fax sutton" yahoo e-mail site
- from there you can log in and download, print and even forward to your own personal e-mail account.

Note - you will see the telephone number where the fax orginated to help you see which one is yours.
This is an Emergency Back-Up System for after hours - to be able to access faxes or to convert a fax to an email format to ward documents to your clients.
This service will allow you to access a fax while at a clients home (as long as they have e-mail access) or anywhere in the world you have e-mail. It will also cut down on having to make special trips into the office or back to your home to pick up a time sensitive fax.
If you plan on using this Emergency service ensure you immediately check the yahoo account as we can't guarantee "Privacy" as all our agents have access to our yahoo account.
So be quick
and retrieve your fax and forward it on to your own e-mail account and then you can delete it from our server.
This is also a good "go between" for your clients that don't have a home fax machine and need to receive a document ... Just remember - without a fax they will not be able to sign and return the document - only receive it ...

If you can't find your fax because you took too long to retrieve it - look in the "unclaimed" fax folder on the side or see if you have an established folder in your name.
